Tender description

University College Cork intends to install a new access lift for the proposed new Autism Friendly Space in the Old College Bar. The Autism Friendly Space will be located in the first floor of the existing building . The proposed refurbishment works are due to take place during the summer months when the college is quieter. The works to include but are not limited to the following: • Supply, install and commission a new access lift as per the attached specifications and drawings • Lift installer / manufacturer to specify any builders work which is required • Liaise with the main contractor and agree sequence for delivery, installation and commissioning. • Provide all associated handover documents and commissioning certs on completion
