Tender description

This contract is for: — appointment of a security partner to fill the onsite virtual security officer role for Belfast Metropolitan College (BMC), — provision of additional specialist IT security services to the Colleges when required. The other participating bodies for the contract will not not be using the virtual security officer service but may avail of the other services in the specification when required. The main duties of the virtual security officer role will include: — auditing the current security solutions of the college, — designing and implementing a security improvement plan, — leading on investigations into IT security breaches and incidents, — providing advice and guidance on IT Security.
