Tender description
London Legacy Development Corporation are seeking to appoint an experienced Consultant to: • develop a bespoke Post Occupancy Evaluation (POE) methodology that builds on an existing methodology developed by our sister organisation, the Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation (“OPDC”); • carry out a pilot Post Occupancy Evaluation at the Corporation’s first neighbourhood, and; • provide a set of recommendations for the LLDC based on the analysis.
