Who Speclialist Work With You'll be expected to work with the following: - Scrum Master, Product Owner, wider team colleagues (incl. data analysts, other developers and senior management) Stakeholders such as: - Senior management across the organisation - Others involved in the education and training of the multi professional healthcare workforce What Specialists Work On A (front end developer) specialist is needed to build out the front end of a solution for a data uploader. The uploader will be based around the NHS Service Design Toolkit (using a repository) as the basis of building out the solution. The front -end will be synced with an Azure storage account in a space already set up ready for testing. The solution needs to be delivered, tested and validated within the time allocated to the build. Where the Work Takes Place Health Education England Floor 3 Stewart House Russell Square London WC1B 5DN Early Market Engagement - Working Arrangements To be in the London office for core days and flexible working is subject to arrangement. The role is outside of IR35. With regards to time frames that we are working to: • Shortlisting complete by 20th September • Interviews will be held on 26th September • Start week commencing either 30th September or 7th October (Interviews will be held in person and will include a technical element). Skills & Experience Be experienced in JavaScript and MVW frameworks Experienced in CSS Experienced in HTML Experienced in Jasmine Experienced in MySQL Experienced in Azure Have extensive experience of source control (preferably Git) Be an Agile thinker Nice to Haves Enjoy teaching/pairing and learning JIRA and Confluence experience No. of Specialists to Evaluate 3 Cultural Fit Criteria Work transparently and collaboratively in a no-blame culture, encouraging all to fail fast and learn from mistakes Demonstrate experience of supporting and coaching other team members Evidence their confidence to challenge the status quo Evidence ability to work with clients with low technical expertise Evidence of taking responsibility for their work Assessment Method Evaluation Weighting Technical competence 50% Cultural fit 20% Price 30% Questions from Suppliers Budget range we decided not to set a maximum day rate or disclose our budget constraints. we seek excellent value for money and affordability.
