Design and Build of Modular Building for an ASD Unit at Nethergate Academy

Tender description

Nottingham City Council require the Contractor to provide a Turnkey solution for a new standalone Modular Building to be used as an ASD Unit at Nethergate Academy. The unit will be operational from 1st September 2020. Practical Completion is required by mid august. The appointed Contractor is responsible for the design, supply and installation of the new unit, including but is not limited to: Groundworks, drainage, exterior remodel, landscaping, M&E (internal and external). The elements prepared by NCC and provided within the scope will incorporate into the final design. The Contractor will use their technical knowledge and experience to provide the solution in the budget while delivering the optimal outcome for the Academy and ASD students to be educated in the unit.
