Tender description

Swale Borough Council is inviting expressions of interest to tender for its CCTV Control Room move and CCTV system upgrade. The contract will commence on 9.1.2020 and terminate on 31.3.2023. The Council may extend this opportunity for a further 2 years. The tenderer/s who submit the most economically advantageous tender, (MEAT) will be awarded the contract. The contract will involve: — creating a new CCTV Control Room within the Sittingbourne Multi-Storey Car Park, — upgrading all existing CCTV camera sites to digital, — implementing a wireless infrastructure for all 3 town centres covered by CCTV, — a years defect period; and a 2 years maintenance period.
