YPO are looking at the possibility of procuring a nationwide framework for HR Additional services. YPO would like to create a solution that allows contacting authorities to procure the services which may be required to support a HR department. A PIN has been previously published in December 2018, and this PIN is to now gather information and interest from providers who can supply HR additional services. YPO are a public sector buying organisation that creates frameworks for a variety of services and products. Public sector organisations can utilise our frameworks to meet their requirements. YPO are seeking to undertake early supplier engagement with providers to understand the key elements of the market and the need for a nationwide framework agreement for additional services in HR. YPO have been working with customers across the public sector and would like to understand how your organisation can deliver a variety of HR services. HR teams across the public sector require support when delivering some of their services, we envisage that HR additional services incorporates any activity that a HR team would carry out; this will include services such: Recruiting services: — attracting candidates, — advertising, — assessment centres, — screening and vetting — onboarding/induction — could include online training inductions. People management: — rewards, — benefits, — performance management, — payroll, — employee engagement, — pensions, — employee well-being, — outplacement, — diversity and inclusivity, — disciplinary, — absence management. Offboarding: — redundancy, — leaving, — tupe, — retirement. Managing HR services: — HR audit and data capture/analytics, — HR management — training and development, skills management.
