Single Party Framework Agreement for the Provision of IT Support Services to Horse Racing Ireland – Server infrastructure Services

Tender description

Horse Racing Ireland’s (HRI) IT Infrastructure spans several sites and is supported by three HRI permanent staff members. The IT Infrastructure supports the business operations with over 200 internal HRI staff. The main HQ is located in Ballymany, The Curragh, Co. Kildare. The majority of the users and IT infrastructure are located at this location. HRI’s remote sites include five racecourses and one golf course, located in Leopardstown (racecourse and golf course), Fairyhouse, Navan, Tipperary and Cork. HRI also have a Business Continuity site in Citywest in Dublin and have IT infrastructure located in a Dublin data centre. HRI requires a support contract for 3rd level reactive support to work with HRI IT staff to maintain and support its IT Infrastructure. Biannual health checks on each component of the contract must be provided as well as the ability to offer consultation on changes or upgrades to any of the supported infrastructure along with advice on any potential new projects.
