Tender description

To supply labour to carry out following works as specification supplied 1) Replace all glazing beads with new hard wood beads 2) Replace all glass with new Pyroguard 7.2 mm clear glass 3) Set all new glass in intumescent U-channel gasket 4) Remove all door architrave and fill any gaps between walls and door frames with intumescent foam 5) Replace door architraves as required 6) Fit surface mounted drop down intumescent seals to bottom of doors as required 7) Modify any defective doors with hardwood lipping and aluminium kick plates 8) Adjust all doors to ensure correct working 9) Carry out complete redecoration to all door frames
