School cleaning services

Tender description

A. The Mount Stewarts Schools are made up of Mount Stewart Infant School and Mount Stewart Junior School which are a pair of primary schools in Harrow. B. The infant school has approximately 289 pupils and the junior school has approximately 383 pupils. C. The contract will be for the provision of outsourced cleaning services to the client, including daily cleaning and out of term deep cleaning, for spaces including but not limited to teaching, office, circulation, and rest room spaces. D. The contract period will be for 3 years initially with the option to extend for 2 further one year periods. E. Estimated full contract value is expected to be in the region of 325 000 GBP. F. The services are to be provided at the following address: Mount Stewart Avenue, Kenton, Harrow, HA3 0JX. A.
