Tender description
The purpose of this prior information notice is to gauge the market interest in the provision of a facility management service for cellular accommodation across the Scottish Prison Service. The SPS has a wide range of cellular accommodation on it's estate that it requires to be fully operational at all times. The contract shall support this requirement by providing safe and suitable facility management service of inspection, test, certification and reactive maintenance services in line with British Standards, statutory regulations, manufacturer's instructions and the operational requirements of each establishment.
