Public Adaptation Bathing Contractors - the Supply and Installation of Bathing Facilities to Domestic Properties

The Council seeking expressions of interest from Contractors to assist in the development of a Procurement Strategy to deliver Public Bathing Adaptations. The works will be delivered as a support to the work programme that is manged by Leeds Building Services and will cover the following types of works on a supply and install basis … Wet floor showers, Over bath Showers, Bath replacement trays. The Council are seeking to appoint up to 4 contractors for works that collectively it is estimated will deliver approx. £600k per annum, it is proposed works will be shared between the successful contractors based on 40% to the 1st placed contractor and 20% to the 2nd to 4th placed contractors. The contract period is expected to be for 3 years commencing April 2020 and with an option to extend thereafter for a further 2 x 12 months periods.
