Tender description

The provision of the precision manufactured housing programme to utilise the benefits of precision manufacturing techniques in a factory environment to provide 112 new high-quality affordable homes for local people in housing need, as well as a range of non-residential spaces. This procurement exercise is broken up into 2 different lots across the following 3 sites. Each of the 3 sites will be delivered under a separate JCT Design and Build 2016 contract. Lot 1 consists of: Home Park — Winchfield Road, Sydenham, SE26 5TH and Mayfield — Burnt Ash Hill, Lee, SE12 0AE. This procurement exercise is broken up into 2 different lots across the following 3 sites. Each of the 3 sites will be delivered under a separate JCT Design and Build 2016 contract. Lot 2 consists of Edward Street — Edward Street, Deptford, SE14 6DX.
