Tender description

Master Services Agreement for IT Infrastructure Operations and Support Services. SSE Services Plc have entered into a partnership agreement for the delivery of its IT Infrastructure Operations with a prime supplier who will continue the provision and delivery of the below services to the SSE Group and in accordance with the agreed terms of the contract. Infrastructure service lines in scope of the Master Services Agreement to be delivered are: — Strategy and Management (Project and Professional Services including Service Transition and Service Integration and Management (SIAM)), — Service Desk, — Deskside and Field Services, — End User Computing and Workplace Services, — Infrastructure Management, — Framework Design, — Security Management, — Application Monitoring, — Network Management, — Vendor Management. The terms of the MSA establish that if any of the SSE Group is divested during the term of the contract SSE Services Plc may continue to provide services to that divested entity(s) for the term of the Agreement. The volumes underneath each of the service lines will be amended in accordance with any divestment that may occur. The initial contract term is for 3 years with a unilateral option for SSE Services Plc to extend such contract by (up to) two 12 month extension periods.
