NI Water is issuing an RFI to identify potential suppliers of a commercial management system for Northern Ireland Water (NI Water). We are seeking to obtain feedback from the service providers within this market to enable us to ensure that the specification of requirements we take to to market are both practical and achievable. We have produced a draft specification for review and comment. Please request these documents through sourcing@niwater.com We also intend to hold a supplier engagement event on 18th or 27th Sept., please advise your preferred date. We are seeking engagement and help from the market in framing a commercially viable solution to meet our needs. NI Water requires the information sought in this document to assess interest and capability in the delivery of an integrated end-to-end commercial management system. This contract is for a commercial management system (CMS) which will incorporate the following services: — user/application licences if an on-premise solution is proposed, — monthly/annual use charges as applicable if a Cloud/SaaS solution is proposed, — implementation support (through design, build, test and deploy), — technical support.
