Gloucestershire's Self-Harm Helpline (SHHL)

Tender description

The Self-Harm Helpline service supports individuals in Gloucestershire who self-harm (or are thinking of self-harming), their family and friends and professionals who support them. The service currently operates from a local office space in Cheltenham Gloucestershire, and is open everyday from 5pm until 10pm. The service includes a core team who work alongside bank staff and volunteers. The Self-Harm Helpline service provides direct personalised, confidential, non-medical support to Service Users via: • A Telephone helpline • Text messaging • Online webchat • A website (https://www.gloucestershireselfharm.org/) is also provided and this enables access to information and advice; it also allows for access of the online webchat function during opening hours. **NB: The Service Introduction and Specification documents only have been attached to this advert. A signed Confidentiality Agreement is required to access the full set of Tender documents.
