Tender description
Appointment of a single supplier to refresh its aging network infrastructure with a new infrastructure solution, which must include: • The technical Design of the new network solution; • The equipment necessary to refresh the data network; • Professional services necessary to implement the Solution; • Training in the new Solution for SCC's IT Network support staff; • A hardware and software Maintenance Contract for the Data Centre Equipment elements of the solution; and • Ad-hoc remote or on-site support provided as and when required by SCC.
