Tender description

The Council has a requirement to produce specific print works and offer a wider range of printing services for its existing and future customers. To fulfil this requirement, the Council wishes to purchase a Flatbed Wide Format Printer with 7 years maintenance and support. The Printer needs to use Versaworks software which would be compatible with our current wide format machines and allow colour consistency throughout the fleet. The maintenance and support contract period is an initial period of 3 years with the option to extend for 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 years.
