Tender description

Letterkenny Institute of Technology invites tenders for the provision of contract cleaning services. The Services comprise of the provision of a comprehensive, high quality, flexible and responsive contract cleaning service in accordance with BS EN13549 or equivalent. Customers of the service will be students, staff and visitors to the institute. The Institute expects the service to incorporate continuous development, improvement and innovation. Tenderers are advised that the European Communities Protection of Employees on Transfer of Undertakings Regulations 2003 (TUPE) may apply to this contract and it is the responsibility of the Tenderer to seek legal advice on this matter, as appropriate.
