Tender description

Herefordshire Council is inviting providers to join a framework of approved delivery organisations for the provision of adult and community learning services in the county. This is an invitation to tender for providers of appropriate services to apply to join a framework of providers, who will then be invited to tender for various mini-competitions (call-offs) for a 3-year period. Herefordshire Council delivers adult and community learning provision in the county through Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) funding via the Adult Education Budget (AEB). This opportunity is tendered under the ‘Light Touch’ arrangements of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. Please note: this Notice is an update to 2019/S 084-200367 in that it identifies that there are 9 lots associated with this procurement. Lot 1: functional skills or GSCE English and Maths Lot No: 1 Lot 2: ICT. Lot 3: employment skills and personal development. Lot 4: ESOL Lot 5: family learning and/or parenting skills. Lot 6: skills for independent living, and supporting learners with disability. Lot 7: wellbeing, including mental health awareness projects. Lot 8: social and/or digital inclusion. Lot 9: Family learning (FLLN and/or WFL).
