Tender description

This procurement is for a framework agreement for the provision of home care services specified in Lot A part 1 and 2 for Southampton City Council. All the other lots have already been sourced and awarded to the providers. The framework is split into the following lots: Lot A: adults aged over 18 who meet the care act eligibility criteria for funded support, including all those who live within a housing with care environment. Lot B: adults aged over 18 who meet the care act eligibility criteria for funded support who have a learning disability and either lives within their own home or a supported living environment. Lot C: adults aged over 18 and children who meet the criteria for NHS funded care (Continuing Health Care for adults and Continuing Care for Children). Lot D: Children who meet the eligibility for funded support (excluding those who sit within lot C).
