Tender description

This procurement is for the provision of services related to the servicing and maintenance of passenger lifts to communal/office buildings within the North Somerset area. This procurement is being tendered under an Open OJEU Procedure, and is split into 2 lots, each lot having its own site list. Interested bidders are invited to bid for either or both of the lots, however, it is our intention that one bidder will not be awarded both lots. The duration of the contracts is for an initial period of 6 months plus 4 further years, ending on 31.3.2024. AHG intends to award the contracts on 26.7.2019 to go live on 1.10.2019. Tenders must be submitted electronically via the e-tendering portal. All required documents must be returned as electronic attachments to your submission via the e-tendering portal. No tender documents should be sent in any other form or by any other means of delivery as they will not be accepted. See description above. Lot 1 has a separate and unique site list to Lot 2. See description above. Lot 2 has a separate and unique site list to Lot 1.
