Tender description

The London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham is seeking suppliers to undertake general repairs and maintenance works to its 17 000 homes including mechanical and engineering works, asbestos removals and works to void properties. This is expected to be a 5 year contract with 2 possible extensions of 1 year. The contract will be divided into service and geographical lots and be a total value of approximately 25 000 000 GBP per year. This contract will be for the repairs and maintenance for a third of the borough. Services include responsive repairs and repairs to void properties.
