Provision of survey, analysis and reporting services for the council

Tender description

Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking to commission an external provider with expertise in the development and implementation of surveys, including the analysis, reporting and presentation of results, to undertake both an employee and resident's survey. The successful provider will be required to undertake a detailed analysis of the results from the employee and resident's surveys as well as data and feedback received from other engagement activities taking place within the Council in September 2015. The successful provider will use the data from all engagement activities undertaken during September to compile a number of detailed reports which bring together key themes and helps the Council to identify what is working well and where further improvements / service developments need to be made, along with recommended actions.
