Tender description
The course will cater for 20 participants drawn from An Garda Síochána at senior management level who will undergo a one year programme. The proposed Garda Executive Leadership Programme (Level 9 National Framework Qualifications) aims to: 1) Build our executive leadership capability to initiate and sustain the significant processes of change required to make and shape the future of Irish policing; 2) Further develop strategic leadership competence within senior leadership of An Garda Síochána by fostering concepts, principles and skills and enable strategic thinking.
