West Smethwick Park Phase 2 The construction of a new 2 storey pavilion building in the centre of the Park; The restoration of existing and construction of new footpaths, repairs to the existing lake, soft landscaping & planting, new fencings & railings, new site furniture, new utility services and new drainage; Contract Period is 54 weeks; Contractor designed works include waterproofing, staircases, secondary steelwork, lift, windows & doors, external canopies, reception counters, cafes, pumping stations, site furniture, fencing and mechanical & electrical installations.
