Tender description

Providers to supply cash collection and processing services for car park, and on-street, pay and display machines. Denbighshire County Council and Conwy County Borough Council, are seeking to appoint service providers to supply cash collection and processing services for car park, and on-street, pay and display machines. In Denbighshire there are presently 87 pay and display machines. 68 of them are located off-street spread across 47 car parks and the remaining 19 are located on-street along Rhyl Promenade. In Conwy there are presently 74 pay and display machines. 29 of them are located across 25 car parks and the remaining 45 are located along the Promenades in Colwyn Bay and Llandudno. Denbighshire County Council and Conwy County Borough Council are hereafter referred to as the ‘Customers’. The Customers’ aim is to put in place a comprehensive and flexible service, which aims to optimise collections, comply with legislative requirements and minimise all risks associated with the services. The agreement will commence 2019. This procurement process is for the tender and award of a new framework agreement, (hereafter known as ‘The Agreement’) is for the supply of cash collection services to Denbighshire County Council and Conwy County Borough Council. The procurement exercise is being conducted by Denbighshire County Council on behalf of itself and Conwy County Borough Council and will be undertaken via the Proactis S2C e-Tendering system.
