Each of the 2 appointed contractors will be allocated work within their primary area, however if they do not commence work within the agreed time period, refuse, or are unable to commence work it may be given to the secondary contractor. To ensure that all residents and leaseholders receive a fair service, the assigned areas will rotate every 6 months.
