Tender description

This proposed framework is for the renewal of the supply and delivery of plumbing and heating materials. The scope of materials covered under the framework will include, but not limited to, Solder Ring, DZR and Brass fittings, Cast Iron, copper and lead related plumbing and heating items, boilers, radiators, external and internal piping, water storage, sanitary ware, basins, showers and accessories and adaptive materials. The scope of this lot is, but not limited to, supplies and sundries in relation to external and internal plastics, gutter and rainwater, soil pipes, waste and water supplies. The scope of this lot is, but not limited to, boilers, boiler spare parts and accessories. As per 'special condition 31. Purchase of Boilers — Contract Support' the Councils may seek related initiatives from contractors, including, but not limited to the following: — extended warranties, — maximum response times for boiler repairs, — free of charge spare parts. The scope of this lot is, but not limited to, radiators, radiator valves and accessories. The scope of this lot is, but not limited to, sanitary ware, baths, bathroom ware, water saving bathroom ware, showers, shower trays, shower curtains, shower screens, bath taps, kitchen sinks, kitchen sink taps, wash hand basin taps and accessories. The scope of this lot is, but not limited to, to provide adaptive bathroom materials in terms of assisted living such as grab rails, shower pumps, shower seats, shower curtains, shower rails and plinth, shower trays, shower screens, waste related products and related sundries. The scope of this lot is, but not limited to, plumbing related items and sundries for solder ring, DZR, brass, cast iron products and copper and lead.
