Exeter City Council (‘the Council’) is conducting a procurement process to appoint a suitably experienced organisation/s who can demonstrate the ability to deliver an effective city-wide voluntary and community sector support service for Exeter. Purpose: The Council wants to support community groups and organisations to use their passion, skills, experience and knowledge to focus efforts on working sustainably to make a difference and create change by: — helping people to help themselves and each other, — building on the strengths of people and communities, — connecting people and organisations within and across communities.
