The City invites Quotations from organisations approved by the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS) to deliver the CIPS Level 4 Diploma in Procurement and Supply (Ofqual qualification number 603/3924/X) to employees of the City and other organisations over the next three years. It is anticipated that each qualification will be delivered over an 18-month period. The selected delivery organisation will be responsible for registering the learners for membership of CIPS and for all aspects of the CIPS examinations required to achieve the qualification together with all the costs of these activities, which can be included in the fixed price agreed with the City for the delivery of this qualification. It is a requirement of the funding for this contract that the selected organisation must satisfy the criteria in the ESFA Funding rules, the latest version of which at the issue date of this request for Quotation can be found at: https://assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/821581/1920_Provider_Rules_Version_1.0_FINAL.pdf The City of London has a current requirement for 12 individuals to complete this qualification with the expectation, but not the guarantee, that further such qualifications will be required up to a maximum, but not guaranteed, contract value of £100,000 within the three-year maximum, but not guaranteed, duration of the contract. The City reserves the right to award one or more separate contracts at various times throughout the overall duration of the contract for sums less than £100,000 but with an aggregate value of up to, but not necessarily equal to, £100,000. The contract is to have an initial duration of 3 years, subject to the right of the City (at its sole discretion) to reduce the term. The maximum length of the contract is therefore 3 years.
