Tender description

Govtech Webcapture managed service was procured for the Council in 2015 via Northgate at the time when the Council's IT Services was outsourced, and a 5 year term contract was entered into until September 2020. The service provides reforms for high volume council Tax processes to enable citizens to self serve via a seamless link on the Councils external website. The Council do not require to purchase a replacement service and this VEAT notice is to notify the market that Bradford Council will be contracting directly with Govtech Solutions Ltd for the next 2 years with the option to extend for a further 12 months.
