Tender description
This is a call to competition by Iarnrod Eireann on behalf of Coras Iompair Eireann (CIE) for the procurement of a global management consultancy to work with the CIE CEO and designated team members to undertake a strategic review of its business to support the competitive positioning of CIE in an evolving transport landscape and to establish key medium term objectives underpinning a revised 5 year strategic plan for sign-off by CIE Board in June 2020.
