Tender description

The Defra /DfT Joint Air Quality Unit (JAQU) is considering how different sources of data for a single section of road may be combined to provide a best estimate of NO2 concentrations. DEFRA thus requires analysis of three options identified to do this; evidence for the two options not currently used and a recommendation regarding which option(s) to select.
