Tender description

This is a single lot tender consisting painting, decorating and associated products and services. This tender is for term contract work for smaller single trade projects with a value less than 50 000 GBP (excluding VAT). The resulting contract will be a ranked framework contract covering an initial three year period (2019 to 2022) with an option to extend for a further year to maximum of 4 years. NHS Lothian Estates Department (Hard FM) is responsible for the 24/7 planned and reactive maintenance of buildings, plant and equipment across approximately 150 properties including 6 main hospital sites. The geographical areas will be: — Edinburgh Acute, — Edinburgh Community and REAS, — East and Mid Lothian, — West Lothian.
