Tender description

College currently has numerous individual contracts in place with various different contractors to ensure that the College’s mechanical, electrical and associated services are suitably maintained. The College is looking to integrate these existing contracts into one larger, more manageable and comprehensive contract. The existing contracts will be terminated upon commencement of this new multi-service contract. The provision of mechanical, electrical and associated services, specifically PPM and reactive services to the following: HVAC Catering and refrigeration equipment Fire detection and fire fighting systems Security, CCTV and intruder systems Roof edge safety systems maintenance Automatic door maintenance Lift maintenance Portable appliance testing Fixed wire testing Hot and cold water services Compressed air systems 4Local exhaust ventilation Forklifts Water cooler maintenance Lifting equipment Generators Lightning protection systems
