Tender description

Provision of ICT support services. The decision to award this contract without open procurement is based upon: (a) the suppliers intimate knowledge of the network infrastructure in place; and (b) requirements for future needs are currently in a scoping phase with a view to issuing a new tender competition in due course. The DHDA is appointing a service provider for all of its ICT support needs including, but not limited to: — the management of the campus network, service management; desktop support, management and maintenance of IT equipment, — IT consultancy advice or project management services, — provision of IT equipment and related items as and when required, — on-site support technician/engineer, reporting to the DHDA IT services contract manger, providing desktop network support, service management and maintenance of IT equipment and management of the digital hub campus network in accordance with DHDA IT policies, — technical assistance in project work to the DHDA IT services contract manger as and when required during the contract period.
