Heating-plant repair and maintenance work

Tender description

NHG wishes to enter into a partnership with 2 providers to maintain and optimise the performance of its heat networks. The overall aim of the partnerships is to deliver a reliable and affordable supply of heat to customers living and working in our heat networks. The partnership will cover the operation and maintenance of 13 legacy heat networks comprising 3 200 homes, as well as maintenance of a further 1 100 HIUs on heat networks where NHG does not operate the central plant. The partnership will also incorporate maintenance and operation of (number TBC) new heat networks currently in design and/or construction phases. In addition to delivering a maintenance regime the providers will ensure that a good standard of performance is maintained at each of our sites. Lot 1 will consist of the HIUs located in area 1 of our portfolio. The area is yet to be determined and more information will be provided at our MTB event on the 5.9.2019.
