Footway Crossings Flexible Procurement Agreement

Tender description

Sunderland City Council is seeking to establish an authorised list of contractors for residents to select from to carry out footway crossing works on the adopted highway. This will operate as a Flexible Procurement Agreement (FPA) The number of contractors applying for a place on the authorised list (Flexible Procurement Agreement) will not be limited. All bidding Contractors seeking to participate on the FPA must complete the Standard Selection Questionnaire (SQ) and must submit all supporting documents in line with the criteria as set out in the specification. Contractors that meet the evaluation criteria shall be appointed to the Footway Crossings authorised list (FPA). As this is a Flexible Agreement the Council does not guarantee the amount of work to be placed with contractor(s) and accepts no liability as to the actual value or amount of work that may be ordered from the contractor(s) under the agreement. The Council reserves the right to re-open the Flexible Procurement Agreement at any time to allow contractors the opportunity to apply for a place on the authorised list.
