Tender description

Conwy County Borough Council created a Dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for the provision of trainer providers for the OPUS Programme 2016-2019. The DPS was created on behalf of local authorities Anglesey, Conwy, Denbighshire and Gwynedd. This contract award notice is the publication of quarterly contract awards for January 2019 to March 2019. The DPS delivers a range of courses to the participants on the OPUS project within a specified county in North Wales. DPS is a 2 stage process. In stage one interested suppliers must meet the selection criteria to be admitted onto the DPS. In stage 2 all suppliers who are admitted onto the DPS can bid for contracts in mini competitions. The DPS submission process is still open to all suppliers until the closure of the DPS.
