Tender description

The work shall include for the planned and controlled licensed asbestos removal followed by the safe, organised top down demolition of all identified building/superstructure/substructure and associated external features forming Spenborough Pool and skate park. The footprint of the demolished areas will be backfilled with engineered fill in preparation of the construction of a new leisure facility.
