'This initiative seeks to further develop one of the currently redundant warehouses at our Modal Training Centre, Immingham into an immersive training environment with the scope involving • Redevelop existing redundant male toilet block into separate male and female toilets • Form new designated external entrance from car park • Convert existing open plan office into female and male dressing rooms • Rationalise existing single storey spaces and refurbish to create first aid room and meeting/rehearsal space • Form learning zone and associated circulation. Note that the central zone is required to be double height with significant audio visual equipment hung from the ceiling. • Provision of independent heating, cooling and ventilation with a designated plant room . Works are planned to commence on site on the 7th October 19 and be complete prior to Christmas ' Additional information: ITT documentation will be uploaded to In-Tend, 27th August 2019.
