Tender description

2.1 The works comprise of the demolition of a row of garages to slab level to generate additional car parking spaces at Seymour Gardens. 9 Garages in total are to be demolished; The footprint of the garages in question is approximately 115m2 measured to external face of walling. The depth of the garages is approximately 6m and the total length of rows is 22m The external walls are of solid masonry construction and externally rendered. The internal faces of the external walls are dry lined. The entrance doors are a mixture of timber hinge and modern steel up and over doors.
