The association wishes to appoint a suitably qualified experienced maintenance contractor to carry out its day to day repairs service, provide and manage an out-of-hours emergency service within its areas of operation. To appoint a supplier to carry out maintenance and repairs within the associations properties inclusive of an out-of-hours maintenance service. The association wishes to appoint a supplier to carry out maintenance and minor repairs within the associations properties inclusive of an out-of-hours maintenance service. The contract will be divided into 5 lots with this lot pertaining to Aberdeen City. The association wish to appoint a supplier to carry out maintenance and minor repairs within the associations properties inclusive of an out-of-hours maintenance service. This lot will provide service for properties within Peterhead, Fraserburgh, Turriff, Banff, Kemnay and Macduff. The association wishes to appoint a supplier to carry out maintenance and minor repairs within the associations properties inclusive of an out-of-hours maintenance service. The contract will be divided into lots and lot 4 pertains to South Aberdeenshire. The association wishes to appoint a supplier to carry out maintenance and minor repairs within the associations properties inclusive of an out-of-hours maintenance service. This lot pertains to Lot 5 Moray.
