Market consultation for agency vendor management software system. This is not a tender competition. The HSE wish to engage with the market by inviting companies providing Vendor management systems (VMS) to submit a concise submission describing how their products’ functionality supports the management of the National multi-supplier framework for the provision of short-term temporary and locum health service agency placements for the Irish public health and social services. Refer to the market consultation document. This is a market consultation process. It is not a procurement process.
