Home Group is seeking to appoint an innovative and dynamic partner to supply a media buying service to support our ambitious New Build sales programme, under both the brand Home Group and Persona our new sales brand, specifically with the remit to build the brand awareness (sales) and drive lead enquiries for new homes. The Persona product is quality, design led homes. There is a focus on design, choice and quality that will feel a ‘cut above’ other competitors. Persona are not box builders we don’t have standard house types. Design is contemporary but affordable and always supported by a customer service that is uniquely personal. The contract will be tendered as 2 individual Lots, split as follows: • Lot 1 - North • Lot 2 – South It is our intention to appoint one supplier per lot, however tenderers are not restricted to applying for only one lot.
