Establishment of a Single Source Contractor Framework for Equipment Hook Up/Process Fit Out Projects at Tyndall National Institute & Appointment of Block C Process Fit Out Contractor

This Tender is to establish a Single Source Contractor Framework for Equipment Hook Up/Process Fit Out Projects at Tyndall National Institute to whom specific contracts may be awarded on an exclusive basis based on the terms of a framework agreement , a copy of which is issued with these Tender Documents.The initial contract to establish the Framework Agreement is the appointment of Equipment Hook up/Process Fit Out contractor for Block C Phase 1 Works 2019 at TYNDALL/UCC Block C is the newest of the three buildings in the Tyndall National Institute. It was completed in 2009 and houses a Flexible Fabrication facility on the ground floor. The - FlexiFab - allows for greater material exchange between the fabrication areas, whilst maintaining protocols to avoid cross contamination. Tyndall are in the process of procuring new tools for the Block Clean room. The successful contractor will be required to install these tools within the clean room in line with the Works Requirements as outlined in Volume A of the PM Group Tender Documents.
