Tender description

Torbay Council Early Years' Service needs to procure a new on-line electronic hosted system for administering funding claims and associated processes, for children attending a funded place in a childcare provider in the local area. A new system is required to replace the current system, which is due to be decommissioned at the end of 2019. The system is a vital tool for the service and will be used to administer funding payments totalling around £5m annually. The Council's Early Years' block of the Dedicated schools grant (DSG) is also reliant on the information within the system through the annual census process. Additional information: In order to provide unrestricted, full, direct and free of charge access to the Tender Documents the Authority is providing the Documents in PDF format in the 'Opportunities' Area of the ProContract e-Tendering portal, at www.supplyingthesouthwest.org.uk In order to access amendable versions of the Documents and to submit a response, Applicants must be registered as Suppliers on ProContract. Applicants should then register an interest in the opportunity and download the Documents for completion and submission.
