Tender description

TII has a requirement for the provision of ICT network support services to increase the capacity of existing IT staff to work on project related tasks and to improve the ability of the IT department to respond to support calls. The services sought will be embedded within the TII network support team in TII offices. The ICT network support services will comprise of the following: 1 full time helpdesk support resource; 1 Full time field engineer resource; 1 part time field engineer resource.
