Tender description

We are developing an "Asset Management Consultancy" DPS. A DPS (Dynamic Purchasing System) is like a framework except new suppliers can join at any time during the term, so you can ensure that your incumbent supplier can bid, and there is no restrictive tender exercise for them to be placed on the Solution. Each set of requirements will be defined during the call off competition procedure. Below are the categories we envisage being included in the solution. • Radon gas surveys • Energy testing/surveys • Land surveys e.g. subsidence checks etc. • Condition (decent homes) surveys • Structural surveys • Ecological surveys • Compliance software • Asset management software • Audits Please can you possibly provide your thoughts on the above?
